Hyatt Regency Creek Heights Residences – Hotel near airport in Dubai

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms were excellent, with a kitchen and furniture in excellent condition, and the breakfast was very good. Having private parking at the hotel residence was a nice added benefit. However, I faced an ant invasion just a few days into my stay. While the room cleaners were kind and polite, the issue was not fully resolved despite contacting the front desk multiple times. The guest services, however, were top-notch in accommodating our requests.

The hotel is in a convenient location for frequent travelers, with easy access to trains and nearby healthcare facilities. The spacious and beautiful kitchen added a special touch to our stay. However, the apartment didn't quite meet our expectations for a 5-star rating.

I've been staying in this apartment for a year now, and it's been a very comfortable and quiet place with amazing views. The only thing that would make it more convenient is if there were two smaller bathrooms instead of one large one.

However, the lack of bathrobes and slippers, along with some miscommunication in fulfilling additional requests, like dental kits, slippers, and bathrobes, slightly affected the experience.

My stay was incredibly comfortable and cozy thanks to the rooms that were exactly as presented in pictures. Rita and the housekeeping team deserve a special thanks for taking care of my apartment so well. The overall experience was fantastic, but the dining options could be more varied.
